Guide Michelin

After a year of commercialisation, the Michelin Travel Partner team wanted to review their different targets experience and to find the fixes to reposition and update the Michelin Restaurants app.

Goals & stakes

  1. Analyse French and international ecosystem of the gastronomic apps
  2. Understand the Michelin Restaurants app customers and prospects’ usages
  3. Explore usages and determine potential improvement tracks on the Michelin Restaurants app

Methodology

Preparatory studies : Ergonomical audit of the app, ecosystem benchmark and customer data analysis (analytics)

Journeys studies : Personae and users journeys

Co-conception workshop : Follow-up and realization of each project step closely with the Michelin Restaurants and Napoléon teams (workshop, storyboarding, ideation workshop)

UX / UI conception : construction and design of the new journeys and pages of the app
